All our international applicants seeking any support, fellowship or otherwise, should apply by November 30, the last working day of November this year. This is a new and early deadline effective immediately. All application material including recommendation letters, statement of purpose, transcripts and applications fees as well as GRE and TOEFL scores must reach either us or OSU Admissions Office by November 30.
All domestic applicants seeking any support, fellowship or otherwise, must apply by January 1, 2005, the first day of the new year. (Our deadline comes two weeks sooner than the OSU deadline of January 15, 2005). All application material including recommendation letters, statement of purpose, transcripts and applications fees as well as GRE and TOEFL scores must reach us or OSU Admissions Office by January 1, 2005.
